Inspired by experimentation and the discovery of something different, Strange Nature gin gets its name from its surprising origin and its character.  It’s traceable and trusted, born in one of New Zealand's most sustainable vineyards. A grape based gin, naturally flavoured and distilled with a single botanical, the one that defines gin – juniper.

30ml/1oz Strange Nature Gin
100ml/3.5oz Mediterranean Tonic
Ice

Fill glass with ice, add Strange Nature Gin and tonic, stir and garnish with thyme and lemon.
