Our gin is distilled with intention. Using state-of-the-art distillation, the alcohol is gently extracted from the wine, preserving every natural flavour and aroma before meeting its only botanical: juniper.
And sometimes, we take it further.
Steeped in Pinot Noir or rested in wine barrels, allowed to evolve and shaped by time.

Strange Nature was salvaged from a rather delectable by-product — a pure spirit distilled from New Zealand wine.
We bottled our concoction in a vessel so stunning that nobody wants to throw it away. Think strange, and reuse the empty bottle as a water carafe or even as a vase. It’s a mindset that carries through everything we do — from how we craft our gin, to how we think about packaging, materials, and impact.
