Our Commitment

Strange Nature Gin is committed to the responsible promotion and consumption of alcohol. We actively moderate User Generated Content (UGC) shared with, tagged to, or submitted to our brand across all platforms and markets.

Content We Will Remove

We reserve the right to remove, decline to repost, or request the removal of any UGC that:

•           Condones irresponsible, excessive, or underage drinking

•           Depicts drunkenness, or implies that being drunk is acceptable or desirable

•           Depicts alcohol consumption alongside driving, operating machinery, swimming, or any other potentially hazardous activity

•           Has strong or evident appeal to anyone under the legal drinking age in the relevant market, or features people who are, appear to be, or act as though they are under 25 years of age

•           Associates alcohol with sexual success, social status, or performance

•           Suggests any association with violent, aggressive, dangerous, or anti-social behaviour

•           Exaggerates or glamorises the strength or intoxicating effect of a drink

•           Presents abstinence or moderation in a negative light

•           Is rude, offensive, demeaning, defamatory, indecent, profane, misleading, threatening, or discriminatory toward any person or group

•           Could reasonably be mistaken for an official Strange Nature post without a clear and honest relationship being disclosed

•           Amounts to spam, unsolicited advertising, or attempts to direct traffic to unrelated third-party sites

•           Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organisation

•           Impersonates any person, brand, or organisation, or misrepresents an affiliation with Strange Nature

•           Violates any applicable law, regulation, or advertising standard, including alcohol marketing codes in the relevant market
