Shipping Policy

At Strange Nature, we believe great gin is worth waiting for—but not for too long. Every order is carefully packed at our distillery and dispatched with the same attention to detail that goes into every bottle.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.

During promotional periods, public holidays or new product launches, please allow a little extra time as our team works through a higher volume of orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Delivery times are typically:

• North Island: 2–4 business days
• South Island: 2–4 business days
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier networks, weather conditions or peak seasonal periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a promotion for free shipping is active.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns. Any applicable offer will be automatically applied at checkout where eligible.

Signature & Age Verification

As alcohol is a restricted product, all deliveries require the recipient to be 18 years or older.

Our courier partners may request valid photo identification upon delivery. If no eligible recipient is available, your parcel may be returned to the depot or a redelivery arranged.

Gift Orders

Sending a gift? We'd be honoured.

Where available, you can include a personalised gift message during checkout. Pricing information is never included inside gift orders.

Selected products and promotions may also include complimentary gift wrapping or gift packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Include your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
